Our Story
Fishing has always been more than a job for me, I know it sounds cheesy, but it's a part of who I am.
Born and raised on the North Shore of Oahu, I was never too interested in sports. My free time was spent fishing. I lived a block away from the Harbor and every chance I got I would ride my bike down and fish as long as I could trying to catch whatever would bite.
My dad had a local made 27' boat and we would spend hours out in the ocean from sunrise to sunset. Those days hold some of my best memories growing up. My dad passed away suddenly when I was 20, but the lessons he taught me and the connection we shared through fishing will always be with me.
I’ve been fortunate enough to turn something I genuinely love into "work". I started working as a deckhand out of Haleiwa Harbor when I was 16, earned my Captain’s License in 2010 and have been working on the water since.
In 2027, I’ll be entering my seventh season fishing the waters of Southeast Alaska and after years of working for other companies, I decided it was time to build something of my own—something that would allow me to provide for my family while doing what I love.
When I’m not in Alaska, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my family or fishing out of Los Sueños Marina in Herradura, Costa Rica where I spend my off-season.
My goal daily is to share my passion with every person who steps on the boat. Whether you’ve been fishing your whole life or you’re fishing for the very first time, I want you to experience what makes being on the water so special.
